Returns & Exchanges
Returns Policy
Pursona’s return policy is for store credit or exchange only within 14 days of the original purchase or date of delivery. If you would like to exchange an item or exchange for a different size, you will be issued a store credit that you can then use to repurchase the item. We do not give REFUNDS.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTION AND CANNOT BE RETURNED.
All jewelry, belts, sunglasses, and gift certificates are a FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged.
You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item(s). We suggest sending items back using USPS, UPS, or FedEX along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items lost while in transit.
All returned or exchanged items must meet the following criteria:
- All shoes must be unworn and returned in their original shoe box without damage to the box.
- All handbags must have original tags attached
- Items must be received by Pursona no later than 14 days from the original purchase date on your receipt or date of delivery.
If you do not meet all of the above requirements at the discretion of the Returns Department, do not attempt to return the merchandise because they will be refused.
Enclose a copy of your receipt, along with the Return Form and attach the bottom portion of the form to the outside of your box and ship to:

Once your package is received, it will be processed within 2-3 business days. When your return is processed you will be emailed a notification.
